Belgian Startup company in Interior Styling & Architecture is looking for a reliable multitasking VA Dutch/English who has accounting skills. The successful applicant MUST be able to think on their own. We value highly individuals who are able to make intelligent decisions on their own and with little supervision. They must also be reliable, have a very good command of the Dutch and English language and be looking for full time employment. Realty Advisors is a real estate appraisal and brokerage firm. We are seeking an assistant with real estate experience to assist us in residential appraisal production. This is a fast paced multi-faceted position which includes research, data entry, and customer service. The person in this position must be able to frequently change directions in a moment and effectively manage continuously changing priorities. I need an individual who is either intimately familiar with, or able to research, the history of the Appalachian culture. I have a personal goal of learning about the Appalachian culture (ie. music, food, moonshine, unique ways of life), however, I do not have the time to put in the effort to find people who could show me something new. I am looking for experiences similar to some of the VICE or ZAGAT videos on YouTube, however, this has nothing to do with YouTube videos. Once an experience is identified, I would like for the person hired to contact the people connected in order to schedule a time and date for me to meet with them and learn about whatever they have to teach me. I do not need any logistical assistance. This is an experiment. I would like these experiences to occur one weekend a month. I am not sure this is even possible. If anyone feels like they may be able to help, I would be truly appreciative. Given the rural nature of the experiences I am looking for, it may be difficult to do research solely online. An intimate familiarity of the mountains of the southeast US is helpful but not required.
