I have various needs. Looking for a skilled web researcher to compile data as needed. Must be able to speak good English to make phone calls as needed. As an example of the duties required, the first two jobs are as follows: 1) Research fee schedules for Self-Directed IRA's in the U.S. First research all the different companies/individuals that offer this service (i.e. the custodianship of this type of retirement account), then compile a spreadsheet for various fee schedules associated with their service so I can compare options in one place 2) Acquire property lists from various counties around the U.S. for parcels that are tax delinquent.
