Here is the script
"The first thing you do is upload your contact information of all your customers into the system and it will send them a really nice text message or email.
Usually says something like “Hey we really value your feedback, please leave us a review and we’ll donate a dollar to the make a wish foundation - or whatever”
If they leave you a review that’s 3 stars or less,
The very next screen they see just says “Thank you for your review” in your customers mind they think you’re just doing an internal survey, they have no idea that it has anything to do with an online review.
If they leave you 4 or 5 stars the very next screen they see is a login screen.
You can direct the review to any review site you want. If they have an account they can login directly to that account and the review will get pushed through and posted to your page automatically.
If they don’t have an account they click a button that says login through facebook.
The software will automatically create an account for them using their facebook information, it uploads all their photos, their friends, their about me, creates a full complete profile for them and pushes the review through and posts it to your page.
The key thing here is that the entire system is automated, so it’s a lot different than say having a happy customer and asking that person to go leave you a review. They don’t need to go home, find your business on online, build this entire profile and do all these things that take 5 minutes. They can leave you a review in 20 seconds or less and be on their way. So you can get a really high response rate from it.
The second thing we do is give you something called the point of sale system, it’s the same exact thing as before but instead of uploading your contacts into the system - it gives you direct control. It works on any mobile, tablet or PC, and it’s simply a form where you can type in a customer's phone number into the system and press “submit” as soon as you do that the customer will receive a message on their phone asking them to rate the experience with you. The reason we set it up this way is because a lot of customers are uncomfortable saying directly to your face if they had a bad experience, that’s why they want to go online and talk about it. This is done immediately after any interaction with a customer so it gives them the opportunity to vent any frustration they have from the comfort of their electronic device, if it’s negative it won’t go online but it will send you an alert that let’s you know you have an unhappy customer out there so you can follow up with that person and fix the problem before they ever do go online. If it’s positive, it gets posted straight to online.
The third thing we do is we’ll post a message at the bottom of all of your receipts, you can also post this on signs around your location, next to menu’s or anywhere you believe people will be able to see it.
But especially on your physical receipts that says “We really value your feedback, to be entered into a visa gift card raffle please complete our survey” With a link. It’s the same exact system - all the positive reviews will be posted online and all the negative will be withheld and sent to you for quality control.
