We're a small start-up team who are seeking a great, warm, talented, engaged UX-designer who can help us define, develop and refine our truly unique approach to an online project management tool.
We have good process on our prototype/beta but our UX is currently only in the "creative hands" of the backend developer. As our UX-designer you will have all the trust and mandate you want and need to set the path to how our user experience/-interface shall be accomplished with our aim to make it a truly wonderful and smooth user experience.
We're targeting global with a vision of making the most accurate and precise scheduling tool for project/task management online. We also believe to be the first provider within project management who will engage into using "artifical intelligence" as a helping mechanism in order to improve estimation and efficiency user skills. That said, as unique approach and great features are important steps to success, we are doomed unless we can provide it through a truly GREAT UX/UI where simplicity, conformity and speed are caretaken for.
Our software uses the MEAN stack and is currently on Bootstrap. Depending on arrangement the minimum deliverance would be visual designs or HTML, but ideally also working closer with actual implementation.
We are able to provide salary for a one-time assignment over some time, but ideally you would be interested in joining our team as a permanent member over time - though not a requirement to apply. (UX is not a one-time job and we love engaged discussions with more talented people!).
From you we would require that you have true passion for UX/UI and have a strong, independent and creative mind who can convince us that your path, style and direction is right. Team collaboration skills and a positive mindset are of course mandatory.
