TL;DR: • Consultations over phone + take home work; • working on website and report text (incl. Executive Summary); • finished within a month hopefully; • iron out differences together, so collaborative approach very important (will not simply and only just hand over work and wait); • MUST have good English skills (will not reply back if English as Second Language). ---- Hello OK, with that out of the way, I am nearly ready to sell my sponsorship leads product, and have a lot of fantastic CTAs to use. However, I have too many, and quite a few of my sentences need cleaning up. My product itself will have executive summaries and sub-headings that also need work to smarten them up, and make the whole report easier to understand. I am looking for someone who can work along these lines: - 1st|Call: we straighten and align the voice the text needs to have, what order I want things in, which CTAs are important, what result I want from the language, what is a good Executive Summary and isnt. I will then redo a lot of the wording, send you the results and set a new time - 2nd|Call: we go over what needs to be done from here - what I can do and what you can do. I will also have new info on how my website is going to work, and how the text can influence design and vice versa. We'll set timeframes and make a new time to talk. - 3rd|Work: you'll do your bits and I'll do mine. - 4th|Call: review your work - 5th|Work: make any changes suggested upon what you have done - 6th|Call: say goodbyes and thanks for all the fish Now, this is how I imagine it will go. Of course it may vary, but this is how I see it. It would help that you are in Australia, NZ, expat in Asia or in Europe (timewise, talking at reasonable hours). North America may work, but we'll have to see about our schedules. I have attached a wireframe of current design and text. When it is up on Instapage, I'll send that. Hope this helps guide you to whether we would work together or not. If so, hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, Digital Faith provides a web based content management system to churches around the world. Episcopal Churches are divided into "Diocese". For this project you'll be contacting churches in Diocese where we are already providing service and letting churches know that they can switch their website from their current provider to Digital Faith for free. Yep, you'll be selling a free product. Actually the churches you'll be contacting will have their site paid for by the existing Diocese relationship we have in place. The goal of the project is to increase the utilization of our service among existing Diocese customers. You'll be provided with a list of churches, but will need to identify the phone number and decision maker via web searching and a cold call. When speaking with a church you'll identify yourself as a member of the Digital Faith team and as the website provider of the Diocese (their denominational leader). Some of the people you contact may already know of the relationship, other will need a little bit of background. Your goal is to get approval to build a sample site showing off how great their new site will look on the Digital Faith CMS. You'll have examples of other churches in their Diocese and Denomination that are using Digital Faith. Once a church has agreed to a demo, we'll build the demo and share it on a follow up phone call that you schedule. Typically it takes a day or two to build the demo, so once you get the churches approval to build a demo, you'll schedule the follow up call right then. We'll do some training and share some script examples to help you get off to a good start.

Diversion Media requires a UI Designer and information architect for various websites, web applications, and potentially mobile applications. The successful candidate will create basic site layouts, mockups, wireframes, and perform UI tweaks of both WordPress projects and custom web applications. The UI Designer should be fluent in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Photoshop along with various cutting edge front end frameworks as necessary to create responsive code based designs and should be capable of working directly with web developers and the team lead to see a project through to successful completion. Highlighting and making accessible the most popular, relevant, and current content for new and existing readers of our WordPress based publishing sites and designing web applications with the least amount of user effort in navigation and operation are core requirements for the position. An understanding of Information Architecture, mobile design skills, psychology experience, and any OOP development skills (particularly JavaScript\Node, PHP, and MySQL) will only help to enhance the attractiveness of any applicant. Cutting edge design and simplicity are also critical skills of a successful candidate and maintaining a consistency of style and design throughout several related sites is important to establish a brand identity. We are looking primarily for a web application user interface designer and information architect but any other design skills such as logo design, landing page design, banner ad design, WordPress, or mobile design would also be beneficial. You must have a portfolio of previous work and you preferably have Upwork feedback and\or references. We are looking for a go-to designer who has attention to detail and can follow instructions yet is creative enough to take our ideas and vision to a new level. Please type "Don't Make Me Think" at the top of your application with every first letter capitalized exactly as I have done here. Some designs might be provided on a white label basis meaning you will not be able to use those in your portfolio. The candidate will act as the single practitioner for all UI work and will perform all activities as well as manage third party vendors in conducting related research and optimization. The candidate must be available to work right away and commit to a work schedule. JavaScript framework examples: https://github.com/showcases/front-end-javascript-frameworks Primary roles: UI Designer for web applications Web Design Information Architecture Wireframing Front End Frameworks Potential additional roles: WordPress Design Logo Design Landing Page Design Banner Ad Design Mobile Design Soft skills: Integrity and confidentiality are essential Must be frequently available via Skype, Hangouts, and email Must be capable of seeing the desired end result of any given project and providing options and solutions to accommodate that goal Capable of independently identifying problem areas, obstacles, and other barriers of resistance and quickly resolving them Ability to work to deadlines and make independent decisions Excellent written and oral communication in English Prefer candidates willing to work some weekends, although we can work around this requirement if necessary
