We are looking for someone that can handle support tickets in our client portal.
What you will be handling:
- Responding to client support tickets
- Handling updates from client requests (updating website content, code, database..etc)
- Handling support tickets from clients (server side updates or config changes)
We will also need you to handle:
- Working within cPanel, WHM, and WHMCS
- Scheduling automatic backups
- Doing backup restore
- Running virus scans and repairs
You must know how to use SSH and server management.
This is a part time job which will lead to more hours. You will be required to submit your working hours for payment and reference the job done from our client portal/help desk.
