We are looking for someone to work with us on an ongoing basis to start on a 3 month contract with hope to extend to 12 months. We need support with the following functions of our business; Facebook updates Monthly/weekly newsletters Other admin tasks The successful candidate must meet the following criteria; Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident to communicate daily with us via FaceTime/Skype Be available to work between 10am - 1pm AEST (Monday - Friday) Confident in the use of the following software programs Mail chimp Word press Movie maker YouTube Google Drive Facebook The successful candidate will have to send regular e-mails to our current customer base as and when required by business owners. All content for these e-mails will be provided either verbal or written depending on business owners time. Some video editing and photo editing will be required during this process. Some templates for these e-mail will be provided in mail chimp but others will need to be created. We are looking for some that is willing to commit to an ongoing project with the hope to extend the contract and increase hours in return we would like this person to add value to our current team bringing new ideas and suggestions to the table once a full understanding of our operation is gained..
