We require an admin assistant to perform data entry in spreadsheets from the data we provide, these include sales spreadsheet, order forms, product information spreadsheet etc. The applicant will have a working knowledge of MYOB Australia, and will be required to run reports and perform data entry. Hi there. I need help. We currently run 4 business and have many more projects on the go. I need a va that is able to do research for various things. One being popular tshirt designs. Follow up with our current team of freelancers when needed. checking and sorting of emails. You should have a good knowledge of Trello. Able to use accounting software (xero) great English as i may need you to make calls for me from time to time. I need help updating my customer list and emailing them with an information & offer message. Mostly file work (data extraction) and data entry, with some problem solving and emailing to complete the task. Most data was created/filed in excel or open office spreadsheets, with some in word. All is filed on PC systems. Under 300 customer records, most of which are already in a file close to the format needed.
