I am the marketing and website person for a real estate team. I am looking to train someone to do various website and email-marketing related tasks so that I can eventually hand over the maintenance and updating of the site. You will be using Sitecast (check out http://babyboomerlady.com), GoDaddy, some Keller Williams marketing tools, and a CRM for realtors. Access to Apple Pages and knowledge of Apple products is strongly desired. You will be providing troubleshooting for Mac stuff if needed. An example of an easy Mac task would be walking a team member through setting up Whatsapp for OSX on their computer. I will train you to use the different tools and give you the specific tasks I need done. Ease of communication is a top priority. iMessage is preferred, although Whatsapp works too. Quick responses and accurate estimations of when you will work on and complete the task are important. We will often be working on the same project at the same time, so messaging back and forth while working, and even Skype calls with screen sharing may be necessary.
