Our client is a web design and development agency that builds sites for a variety of small businesses (restaurants, daycares, e-commerce) etc), non-profit, and corporate clients. We’re looking for someone smart, ambitious, and personable to help us make that list even stronger.
Your job is to lead website projects, from concept to launch. You internalize the client’s business goals to help them develop a vision and strategy for the site, then lead our team to ensure that it is executed on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards. You will receive the clients company information from our sales team and initial assessment of the clients goals for their business. As the client’s main point person, you manage their concerns and requests along the way while educating them and helping them make good decisions.

Consultant. You understand and internalize our clients’ business goals. You also understand website design, technology, and usability well enough to help them make choices that support those goals.
Organized. You’re on top of all the budgets, schedules, emails, meetings, and calls that need to happen to get the job done, for multiple jobs at a time. You’re detail-oriented so nothing slips through the cracks.
Big-picture thinker. At the same time, you don’t let small details cloud your thinking about the big picture. Such as why the client is building this website in the first place.
Diplomat. You balance the (sometimes conflicting) needs of our clients, our team, and the owners with diplomacy and grace.
Communicator. With you at the helm, everyone feels well-informed about the present and future of the project. You know how to help non-technical people grasp technical concepts. And you’re willing to have hard conversations.
Writer. You have a way with words, and grammar is your friend.
Cool under pressure. When things go awry, you stay calm, take stock of the situation, and work towards solutions.
Smart. Enough said.
