I am putting together a website for architectural services and need some copy for the following sections. Services section - under three headings. Architecture, interiors and landscape. Need something to outline services offered but also be a little emotive. Approx 100-200 words per section. Can provide rough outline. About us - have about 300 words I would like expanded and tweaked. Also need a 70 -100 word summary of this text. About me - Have about 80 words to edit and proof. Would be good to have someone with a bit of knowledge in the architectural process but can provide comparable website examples. Would like done as soon as possible. Let me know if you have any questions!

Market Industry Analysis: Quantitative and Qualitative Market Analysis of the Global Used Car Markets around the World. We need a market breakdown of Car Markets around the world and across the US to identify niche opportunities to Import and Export Cars. The analyst will analyze international markets and evaluate used car prices, import tariffs and associated costs to find the most profitable markets to buy specific cars (year, make and model) and the most profitable markets to sell those same cars. Our corporation is based on the East Coast of the United States and would like to specifically emphasize on acquiring cars along the Eastern US, specifically the NYC Metro Area and find the most optimal markets to export and ultimately sell those cars in. We are considering investing in the space, however, we need a full market analysis to determine whether or not the space is worth our investment. We would like to highlight and identify the cars (year, make and model) that are most profitable to export and where we can export them to make maximal profit with the least risk and highest demand. The Analyst will evaluate demand across global markets and determine the markets with the highest demand and the highest profit margin with all associated fees included. Including, export fees, import fees, foreign agent fees. Depending on the quality of work and results of the project, the freelancer may have the opportunity to stay on longer term to help facilitate exports, identify prospects and focus on niche markets for: Rare Cars, Historical Cars, Unique Opportunities in the Markets, Etc. Freelancer will need to be able to read and understand multiple languages to interpret demand in second hand markets across the world. They will need to be able to search craigslist, cars.com, auto-trader and the equivalents in multiple different markets across the world. Their basis of research will be analyzing wholesale prices in the mannheim auction database based on the wholesale used marketplace to which we have access. We will also be including databases like Copart to include wrecked cars and cars in need of serious repair that we can buy and use our own mechanics to fix to add value before we ship and flip.

I have a blog www.TastingMyWay.com. I hate it. I'd really like more of a website. Something with real pages and one that is the blog. Pages for recipes, reviews, entertaining, getting crafty - all that sort of stuff. My own recipes, trying a new one..... Eventually I want to allow advertisers and/or accepting money. I don't know how to do any of this and could use someone to set it up and show me the easy way to keep it up without messing it up. I put $150 in the rate - I did that because I can't post without a figure. I need quotes, thoughts and feedback.

I require an OpenWRT based WiFi Hotspot firmware developing for suitable routers. I have a previously developed version of packages for the Attitude Adjustment version of OpenWRT but now require a new version with several significant changes such as QOS and brought up to date with the latest OpenWRT stable release (Chaos Calmer). I believe it may be more efficient to recreate the firmware from the start rather than try to adapt what I already have. The requirements of the Hotspot are that: 1) The router will hold a list of mac addresses that are devices of authenticated users. The firewall will only allow access to the internet via the WAN port to traffic from a device with a listed mac address ("users"). 2) The router will also hold a list of permitted web domains and/or urls that unauthenticated users can access. The firewall must allow web traffic from any connected device to web domains or ip addresses in that list. 3) The list of mac authenticated mac addresses will also hold (for each allowed mac address): a) an expiry time, b) a data transfer limit in KB, c) a user type - which in turn will determine the QOS policy to be applied to traffic from that device. 4) When a newly connected device that does not appear in the list of authenticated mac addresses tries to connect to the internet it must be redirected via a Captive Portal to a specific externally hosted website URL set in the configuration file of the hotspot on the router. The redirection must append as url parameters the MAC address of the device concerned and LAN ip address. 5) The externally hosted URL is to an existing php website that will, once the new user has registered or logged in, return via a "form post" (via the user's browser being directed to a webserver on the router with post variables for the router to use for authentication). The authentication variables sent to the hotspot router will include an 8 character code with 3 check digits and other variables such as an expiry time, data limit, user type code and redirect url. The hotspot router will check the verification code using a mod17 algorithm and 3 numeric single digit keys held in the configuration file on the router and if valid enter the mac address onto the list of authenticated users with the expiry time etc. It will then redirect the user to the redirect url provided by one of the post variables (typically a "welcome to our venue" type web page). Please note the php website is already in place and the code authentication script has previously been written in Bash. It is only the OpenWRT packages that are required 6) The firewall must keep track of the upload/download traffic for each device connected to it. It must use QOS to apply one of 4 different levels of bandwidth according to the "user type" defined in the list of authenticated users for that connected device. 7) Using Cron Jobs, periodically (eg every 2 minutes) the router must run scripts to check the authenticated user list against the data limits logged by the firewall and expiry times. Users whose time has expired or data limit exceeded are removed from the authenticated users list meaning their traffic will be redirected via the Captive Portal back to the externally hosted URL and thus be required to login again. 8) Using Cron Jobs the router must also periodically check a specified URL (set in the hotspot configuration file) and download a text file which may contain mac address entries to update the current entries in the routers list of authenticated mac addresses. The router will then run a script to update is authenticated list accordingly. (This provides a mechanism for the php application on the external site to update or change the status of currently authenticated users whose time/data limit has not yet expired). 9) Using Cron jobs the router will periodically report to the external website the current status of authenticated mac addresses, their current LAN ip address and the amount of data they have used. It will do this by transferring a text file "log" with user entries either via ftp or a suitable alternative method. The hotspot will also need the LuCi standard web interface installed with an additional "Hotspot" menu branch so to able to update the router configuration settings (such as captive portal redirect to URL, shared keys required to decode the check digits of the authentication code, and some other default settings) I will require the OpenWRT packages and information on any other package dependencies such as for the router webserver. I will also need images built for one or two popular commonly available routers and be able to use OpenWRT's Image Generator program to create images for other routers when required without having to compile the image from source myself. Please note the budget is guessed only as I do not know how much original work is required! Please advise your estimated time/rate for the job and whether you can commit to a fixed budget.
