We need a rendering for a conceptual ultra luxury condo tower. LOOKING FOR A READY MADE CONCEPT THAT CAN WORK. This is for a conceptual presentation, so need not be based on a new design or existing. To this concept, we would like to add a heliport on top, with a waiting area, lounge, bar, terrace, etc.; a full amenity club concept on the roof. Should look impressive/majestic. Something like this: Please include condo renders in your portfolio for our review. Thanks.

Looking for a Data Scientist to complete the below job: A health researcher is interested in knowing whether a novel diet can help women lose weight. She conducts a randomized clinical trial over a period of 6 months to test whether the diet works. Five hundred women are randomized to receive the new diet (treatment) and five hundred are randomized to continue with their own diet (control). Weight in pounds is recorded at baseline (visit number 1) and at the beginning of every subsequent month for the next 5 months. The investigator wants to know whether the new diet will affect one’s weight over time differently for those on the new diet versus those not receiving the new diet. There are two data sets describing the results. They are included as comma-delimited files. The first, dataset1.csv, contains three variables: theid (the patient’s unique identifier), treatment (an indicator for whether the patient received the new diet (1) or not (0)), and age (the patient’s age in years at study entry). The second data set, dataset2.csv, contains three variables: id (the patient’s unique identifier), outcome (the patient’s weight in pounds recorded at a particular visit), and visitnumber (the visit number). 1) Create an analytic data set by appropriately merging the two files, and provide code for how you arrived at your analytic data set. 2) Fit a model that assesses whether treatment has an impact on weight and in particular, that allows the treatment effect to vary over time. For simplicity, it is reasonable to assume that weight behaves linearly over time within each treatment group. As there are multiple measurements per patient, a model that accounts for correlation of responses within an individual may be important. 3) Write out and describe the model that you fit (that is, explain what type of model you chose and write out the terms symbolically). 4) Interpret the results of the model fit to the investigator. Please assume the investigator has no statistical knowledge and effectively communicate the results to the investigator. Please send samples of previous work as data scientist.Looking to hire someone for multiple projects.

We would like to add an overlay to one of our larger graphics that had different clickable areas. It is a very basic site -we would just like to improve it a bit. Please provide other SquareSpace projects you have done. Thank you!

PROBLEM: We are trying to determine a retail price for each piece/part of a board game without knowing the cost of each individual piece/part and only knowing the cost of the game as a whole. THE SOLUTION: We need a formula or algorithm (built in either excel or stand-alone program) that we can input the known variables and get an approximate value of what a piece might be worth based on the information we provide. The variables we know for sure: 1.) (COST) Our cost of the game as a whole 2.) (TOTAL COUNT)The total count of the pieces/parts 3.) (INDIVIDUAL COUNT)The count of each individual piece (example: there is only 1 red car in this game OR there is exactly 5 blue ships in this game) A variable that is subjective: 1.) (QUALITY)The quality of the piece (Pieces come in all shapes and sizes. Some are made of cheap plastic and some are made of more expensive materials like wood or metal). This variable is highly subjective and can only be judged in relation to all other pieces. We know for sure that a large high-quality metal figure costs more than a small cheap plastic figure. Somehow, someway we need to be able to account for this difference. There also may be more variables that we haven't thought of. Normally the formula for price/piece would be (COST/TOTAL COUNT). This formula simply divides the total cost by the number of pieces/parts. However, this formula quickly breaks down when you try to reason that a single dice is worth the same amount as the game board itself. It just doesn’t work. We need a much more sophisticated formula to help us determine the retail price of our pieces. IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that we will need the price of each piece for a game. Each piece's value may also influence other piece's values. For instance, if the game has a board included then the board will be the most expensive part in the game. It will bear a large portion of the "cost" of the game. The other pieces will need to make up the rest of the cost of the game. I’m not sure how well I’ve done in explaining the problem that we have and what we need. If you have any questions please let me know.
