Looking for individual experienced in Video editing using. Adobe Premier, Final Cut X, or Avid. Scope of work is as follows 1. Client will provide Contractor 50 un-branded Videos where segment title will appear over a plain white background. There will be no Client Logo on segment title and no bug will be displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the video. This will become the working set for branding. 2. These 50 will be delivered as quicktime files. These files will be 1280 X 720, H264 compression, and stereo AAC audio. 3. As custom branding is required of Contractor, Client will supply appropriately sized PNG files of the CLIENT LOGO, and the BUG for branding purposes 4. Contractor will place the CLIENT LOGO center screen over the white title background, and just above the segment titles on each video. 5. Contractor will also place the BUG in the lower right hand corner of the videos, following the opening shot the video. 6. Contractor will also fade out the BUG before the copyright appears. 7. Contractor will then compress the newly branded videos into smaller files for distribution. These files will be 1280 X 720 MP-4 compression and AAC audio. 8. Contractor will then upload the newly branded MPEG-4 files to the Inov8t server (or VIMEO channel)

I have around 1000 videos in Kaltura (their hosted solution). I want to move them to Wistia. Both have API's. Wistia.. http://wistia.com/doc/upload-api Kaltura... https://knowledge.kaltura.com/api-docs#api I am told by Wistia that via API, the Kaltura videos should be able to be transferred to Wistia. I would need the source videos, thumbnail jpegs for videos, and a little meta data. I have NO idea what this entails. I am pretty serious about it, but also need to see how this is possible. Before bidding, take a look at that documentation and see if this can all work. I am told by both companies it can. Hopefully, you have some experience with these platforms. Or, at least one of them? In your proposal, please let me know what this will entail and how long it would take. I am guessing you could make some sort of spreadsheet to import into Wistia? I have no idea... which is why I am exploring this. THANKS!
