We have a form that a customer fills out to request coaching from us. When they fill out the form, Kissmetrics successfully records it as an "event" and assigns them a unique customer ID. At the same time, that customer is tagged in Ontraport as having requested coaching.
Several days later, or perhaps even months later, that same customer who requested coaching might purchase a product from the coach. That customer is tagged in Ontraport as having purchased that product. When that happens, I'd like to have kissmetrics record that transaction and tie it directly to the unique customer that originally signed up for coaching.
