I currently have a website (www.hotdatajobs.com) that is being completely redeveloped. It is mainly a job board but in addition, there will be a blog (which will be found at www.blog.hotdatajobs.com), a discussion board/forum (which will be found at www.forum.hotdatajobs.com) and a Resume Distribution service (which will be found at www.resumedistribution.hotdatajobs.com)
I already have a design prepared for the look/feel (basically it should match the color scheme/theme of the rest of the site)...you an see example at www.hotdatajobs.digitalya.ro AND www.blog.hotdatajobs.com
Anyways, the purpose of this Resume Distribution is to allow candidates/job seekers to pay a certain amount to have their resume distributed to all recruiters/employers who have opted in to receive resumes. You can understand more by visiting something similar (www.myresumeagent.com)
So, basically, there are 2 sides.
1. The employers/recruiters side...whereby they can enter their info (Name, email, other details) and register themselves to receive resumes (they should also have the ability to opt-out or remove themselves from the database)
2. The candidates side - they upload their resume, input their details (name, email, phone, etc.) and then pay for this (i'm using Stripe for my job board to process Credit Cards so i would want to stick to them as the credit card processing company)...once they do this, their information gets automatically sent to all the recruiters who opted in to receive resumes
