Hello and thank you for your interest in my project. I am looking for someone to essentially make the same exact tool, as available here: http://wayback.tools/bulk
I recently found this tool and it does exactly what I needed, however I know from past experience that web based scripts and tools unfortunately they break and not repaired quick if ever, they often share resources with other free users, and well they just cant be relied on for business. So while this is the perfect free tool for my current needs... I need my own version, I need all original aspects of what you create for me in case I cant find you when I need an update, I need this to be exclusive to me unless some other arrangement is made.
What the tool does is it downloads data from archive.org about a websites/ domains history, using their api (not even sure if an expense is attached to that or if it is free / public).
The only place for improvement (kindof a second tool within)would be if there were a way it could handle language checks only.... example, I base my decision on every domain I spam check (the reason I use wayback machine is to see domain history, as I sell domain names) firstly on the language results. If I could input 10,000 (most inputs would be 100's of domains...however once a week I clean through new inventory and would want to potentially drop 1000 or many 1000's of domains into it (explain to me any costs, resources needed) for a historic language check and perhaps it can return a csv with the domains separated into a language found column's (often a few languages are found). Most of the time I am looking for english language domain history.... so essentially being able to do this preliminary check would be needed.... example 10,000 domains.... csv.....english column, chinese, japanese
a column for each language found.... a column for the list of domains.... look to the right of the domain and see the languages found in the wayback machines history.... or I can simply filter or delete languages I do not want.
I hope that made sense.... same exact tool as http://wayback.tools/bulk
second tool/ addon to this tool exclusively for bulk historic language use checks for a list of provided domains.... the toold would still be valuable for my needs if it could only do 20 or 100 or 1000 checks ....however it would be nice, when needed to take large inventory lists 10,000-100,000 domains and identify the language history of the domains in the list.
This is the easiest way for my first step in identifying domains that were spammed in the past since 1) solid domains are always in the same language beginning to end 99.9% of the time...so seeing multiple languages I would look deeper at those or put those on the back burner. 2) seeing any Japanese pages means its been spammed except for rare case it was a Japanese owned website or is a Japanese extension like .jp
If you ever bought an expired domain for seo purposes, then you understand the need to spam check a domain that you intend to utilize.
So to sum it up.... a clone of the provided tool (perhaps 1 improvement to drop in more than one domain (10 or 50 or 100 maybe) and paginate all the results if needed) and a new feature or second tool for the language only checks.
I will be using this tool in my day to day work and need it to work relentlessly, flawlessly, little if ever repairs, and it would of course be nice to know you will be available to fix as needed in the future due to changes perhaps with archive.org that make an update necessary.
I would also like it to be easy for any developer to fix or update in the event you are not available if and when that time comes.
My version can be web based as well or it can be a software I run on my in house machine or on a vps. It can be both as well.
I am extremely serious and ready, but like all business expenses I am on a budget and expect very fair pricing considering the main part of the project is copying another tool :)
I am looking forward to serious proposals... include cost and projected turnaround time for the project. If my budget is off, I will still consider your proposal of a higher price if it is competitive with others.
