We're looking for a designer who can help us build a booklet for print. We're using it for an event and pages will contain bios for speakers, info on sponsor companies, letters from the host, etc. The booklet will be 8.5 inch wide by 5.5 inch height, final page count will be around 80. To start the process, we'll need six different page design templates: (1) cover, (2) a page template showing different sponsor levels and logos for each sponsor, (3) a page template with a letter from the host, (4) a page for the conference itinerary, (5) a page template for speaker photos and bios and (6) a page templates for sponsors and their bios. The pages need to be conducive to easily adding and changing text and graphic content later on, or switching page order. We'll ask the designer we hire to provide three concepts for these page templates before proceeding with the final templates we choose. Once hired, we'll provide you with a previous version of one of these booklets to help you figure out the type of content we include. In a few weeks, we'll provide the text content for the pages. Our designer needs to have flexible availability. We prefer designers in North and South America due to time difference.

I have written a report on Freelancing that I want to offer as a lead generator on my website. The topic is about getting good freelance gigs and there are 7 main bullet points or sections. I have the text and some images in a word doc. (attached) The doc is about 3300 words and I have chosen about 11 images (Icons) to incorporate. There are also about 7 links. I will need to add a link later on once I have a page made on my website, so I will need you to continue to be available for future small edits. What I need: 1. A finished product in a polished format to offer as a downloadable file (PDF) and also as .epub and .mobi files. (I would also need the Indesign files or Illustrator files, whichever you use to make the final product.) 2. A slide deck made for slideshare from the same concepts pulled directly from the report. 3. I'd also love as infographic of the seven points.
