The VA will be responsible for the day to day support of the sales team. Duties include but are not limited to posting listings on MLS and social media outlets Zillow, Trulia, etc, internet research, data mining, CRM hi-touch data entry and excel graphs/reports to executive team, professional correspondence with clients, prospective clients and agents, partnering with vendors and firms staff to coordinate sales transactions to close, contracts via adobe acrobat, outbound calls, appointment setting and administrative support. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, well organized and can multitask, and is social media savvy! This role is perfect for an undergraduate/graduate who is looking to break into the business world with a focus on business development and administration. Experience is a plus! Schedule is flexible but must commit to 20-25hrs per week.
