I require a design of a machine able to dispense products (that is similar to a vending machine) - to a conveyor belt. Preferably here are the specifications: It must be able to dispense a variety of products in different sizes - however to simplify it can always be assumed it is dispensing a rectangular prism (box). Minimum dimensions are: 100 millimeters x 100 millimeters x 40 millimeters (plus-minus 3 mm) Maximum dimensions are: 500 mm x 1200 mm x 200 mm (plus-minus 3 mm) - Must be actuated via either: stepper motor, servo motor or equivalent (candidate must provide exact make/manufacturer and model number of motors used) - Must be designed to be easily loadable, with the possibility of loading multiples (of the same product, meaning multiples of the same "box", in series). - Must have a dispense rate of 0.2 Hz for a load of 25kg increasing to 1-2 Hz for a load of 1kg (non-linear preferable [ie. getting a higher frequency is of course preferable]). - Use of pre-fabricated components is preferable (such as T-SLOT) where applicable. Control Systems/Motor Drivers and supplemental electronics would be completed by myself and others. If the candidate is interested - they are able to assist in the fabrication process, upon successfully validating their assembly. Candidate would require to build a full assembly in Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor.

I am currently building a lightweight electric wheelchair and I would like it to be drawn up in Autodesk 3-D inventor. I am personally in a wheelchair so I do have a good idea of what I would like it to be. I have built one prototype and I am on my second one perfecting it even more. I have decided to put a job here on Upwork and have my design professional looking. I have attached a white paper for you to read about what I am working to accomplish. What I need from you is your expertise in computer-aided design and also what kind of measurement you need from me so that everything is exact. I would expect someone who speaks good English because communication in this project will be very important. I am looking for a design that is modern, very simple and practical. Thank you for looking at this job and I look forward to reading your proposal. Sincerely, Cory

We need a tool to be made that works within AutoDesk Inventor and checks the current drawing document for missing dimensions and graphically shows the user which ones it found. For example, if the overall length of the part is not dimensioned and a chamfer is not called out, the script could be run and these two missing dimensions would be listed, letting the user decide to add them or not. This tool would need to work with primarily parts turned from round stock. This means any of the following missing callouts would need to be alerted: * Diameters * Lengths * Distance to features / changes in diameter * Chamfers * Hole callouts / location * Groove widths * ...any other dimension or feature callout that is required to make the part We'd prefer the tool be made using iLogic so that the code can be given to us for ownership at the end of the job. Our company struggles with documents being released with missing or unattached dimensions, and we're currently unable to hire a dedicated document checker. This is why we need the tool. Attached is a PDF showing a typical part that we produce, for reference. Before making a proposal, please be sure you: * Have worked with iLogic before or have made Inventor Plugins before * Understand the job. If you have questions, let me know. * Are a good communicator and have a strong grasp of the English language. This is very important, as communication on this project will be critical. Thank you.
