Complete MEP plans for a 2 story house in California, USA. Living space is about 2,200 square feet. I'm in the process of applying for a building permit, where MEP plans are a part of the requirements (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing plans). It is OK if you can do only a part of the job - for example, only electrical or only mechanical plan. Just tell me upfront what you can do. Along with your bid, please provide a rough estimate as to how long it would take you to complete this job. P.S. For the mechanical part of the job, I can provide you with completed per house and per room HVAC load calculations.

We will work together developing 3D shop drawings using Revit 2015 in a shared Drop Box folder. You will also likely use a free version of Navisworks. Systems will include steam, chilled water, hot water, sanitary, and vent piping. Pipes must be designed such that they do not conflict with structure, lights, power conduit, etc. Once a week, or so, you will export to an AutoCAD 3D file or a Navisworks file, which will be used by the general contractor to develop a clash list for you to resolve. I am skilled at this, and have done it on several projects. You will need to be skilled at it to work with me. I will attend weekly coordination meetings on site with client. You will do the majority of the work. Project will last about 30 days, or so, with you working about 8 hours per day. I will add drawings tomorrow to this advertisement for you to review. You will need to look at the drawings when I upload them tomorrow, and provide a fixed fee for the entire project. You will need to share an example shop drawing, or two, so I can qualify you.

We are a lighting fixture manufacturer that just launched our first product. It is a recessed linear LED fixture. We have the necessary IES files as well as 3D models (generated in Solidworks) of our fixture. We are looking for 2 things: 1. Revit file generation of the fixture. We have some customers looking to do Revit layouts and calucations with our fixture and they have requested Revit files from us for the luminaire. 2. Revit room renderings for marketing material. We need some realistic room renderings done using our fixture that we can use as marketing images on websites, brochures, etc... Jeff

We need revit details to start and grow our internal library for building related architectural and engineering drawings. Each detail should be complete and thorough enough to be included in a construction set of architectural drawings. Each detail should be standard enough to be usable for multiple projects. These should be details you have created in the past or new details you create from scratch. But they must be original. We will not accept drawings that belong to someone else. A list of needed details are attached. Once you submit several details in pdf for review, we will approve, make comments or suggestions or negotiate on additional details. The more usable and valuable the details, the more money we will pay. Submit questions. This will be an ongoing project for good work.

I am starting a project to design a waterproof pocket, I have decided to name the project "Krillz" I know it sounds a bit wierd and funny-something unique. I am thinking of making the logo have a Krill on it-a krill looks like a prawn or shrimp. I have attached my first logo, I still feel like something is missing. I'm thinking of having 2 logos made; a half and full logo. If possible could the half logo have the Krill climbing on the K. The full logo to include the Krill and the word "Krillz" I am looking at having my target audience as holiday makers, beach goers; generally people that would be at the poolside or on the beach so I'm looking for a color scheme that meets that criteria. The age group is 18-35 year olds. So nothing that looks too childish.
