I require the services of an AutoCAD developer conversant with .NET to modify an existing plugin I have, for use in version 2016 and above.
This tool is basically an xref manipulator, i.e. it allows for easy manipulation of xrefs within drawings and cloning / resetting their layer states etc on the fly, without the need to resort to Layer State Manager or other more long-winded methods. It also incorporates a draworder tool, which allows for instant visibility and manipulation of the draworder of all entities within a dwg, and can output this to a script.
The main problem I have, as it stands, is that this is only compatible with AutoCAD versions 2012 - 2014, and needs to be updated to work with versions 2016 and beyond (I understand 2017 has already been released).
Also I would like to have it modified to incorporate a 'copy layer transparency' option (my meaning should become apparent if/when you open and run the attached file).
I am incapable of doing this myself, as my programming skills are virtually non-existent. I would guess that any potential candidate for this job would need at least intermediate programming knowledge.
I have uploaded the plugin for you to peruse, any honest estimates would be most welcome.
