To better educate and engage the customer service community, Comm100 is developing a Live Chat/Call Center certification program. We are looking for an expert in this industry to develop the courses for us.
Tentative description of the program:
1. There will be two separate courses. One for agent and the other one for manager.
2. The courses will be delivered online through self-study videos.
3. There are quiz sessions so the course taker can test their knowledge.
4. A certificate will be delivered after the whole course is finished and quiz sessions are passed successfully.
Who we are looking for:
1. An expert in the call center coaching and training.
2. Has experience in developing courses.
