It should include: information about service (renovations), market analysis focused on renovations in the Netherlands, description of organisation (one men company), balance, turnover and liquidity prognosis, specifications of investment. It should not be a real business plan, just description, costs should not be calculated as in real- just to show them I will make profits (based on imagination). Thanks for looking at my job post. Starting at $5.00 and seeing what offers I get as budget is low for now. This is for a friend of mine that is trying to get funding for a business. It is a start up, which is the most difficult to get funding for. He has provided me some basic references but it looks so un-professional and unappealing to any investor that would look at it. I could do it but it would take me too long. You must have some kind of experience in writing and making a business plan. Even someone that has created resumes might be able to do this. I have many different businesses in the start up phases and am working on them. This job could lead to future positions in my companies which will require writing and marketing skills. My friend has provided pictures of former jobs and inventions that he created. I am going to be the exclusive agent representing him and if I can locate an investor....I will be part of this business venture that should be pretty exciting as it deals with technology. A pro is needed to entice an investor to invest in us.
