It is for a fantasy story about lizard monsters with yellow eyes that have skin that can camouflage to look like humans and an archer who fights them with the help of wolves. Book Cover Vision: I imagine a boy and a girl in a dark forest together, back to back, the boy with half of his face is human and the other half has lizard scales. His far reaching hand in lizard monster form with claws. The monster side of his face is away from the girl and he is looking slightly over his shoulder at her so you can see one of his yellow, glowing lizard eyes, but 'hides the lizard side from her. The girl is looking off into the forest with determination, Possibly with her bow at the ready, eyeing the forest with a brave, determined look on her face. There are dark silhouettes of humanoid lizard monsters and wolves behind them in between the trees that slightly blend in with the trees. We are looking to create key art for various pages on our website, Boot.dev. Until now, we have mostly been using AI art, but as we continue to upscale, more and more of our customers (and potential customers) are complaining about the AI art. Now that we have the fund to pay for excellent talent, we would like to transition away from our current art into something bespoke. We are looking for less realism, more fantasy. Even some whimsy. Simple colors, easy to identify visuals, well-shaded, and expressive. Our primary mascot is a wizard bear, which should set the tone for the whole project.
