A regulated investment fund is looking to sell part of its U.S. property portfolio. The part of the portfolio for sale has a mix of multi-family residential, retail and development and is valued at over $40 million. A very basic pro-forma is attached. They are happy to consider international buyers as well as U.S. Interest. Ideally they are looking to sell these properties as a group but will consider bids for single properties. They have found their time being wasted by agents or introducers unable to deliver genuine buyers. Having used Upwork for other investment management projects they believe the diversity of user could work in finding buyers for these properties. This is a commission only role with a budget in the region of $1 million. The fund's U.S. attorneys will be handling the sale. We are running SF enterprise edition and using their normal conversion from lead to opportunity functionality. In our situation this leads to unnecessary marketing complexity. We would like to automatically convert the lead on satisfaction of certain criteria when the information is first entered. Currently the lead is created outside of SFs web-to-lead form, because of the back-end calculations needed when the lead form is completed by our client. The data is being stored in a MySQL database and processed with PHP. The data is transferred to SF via Zapier where a lead is created. It is at this point when the record is created that I would like a SF automation tool to check if the record fulfills certain conversion criteria and if so automatically convert. The conversion is simplified because firstly, we use one account name for all contacts and opportunities, and secondly the opportunity name is the same as the lead's first name and last name. If, as an alternative, you can carry out this task using the Zapier automation tools, that would also be acceptable. I can see that Zapier could create an opportunity from our information, it could also create a contact but I don't believe it is possible to link the contact with the opportunity. As I am new to software development and SF admin, I will require you to guide me through the installation of the code.

We're a startup in New York City and need to develop a workflow for our brand spanking new instance of Salesforce. In detail, we need: * Gather the needs of the users * Create a basic workflow * Create custom dashboards for 3 user categories: Admin, Manager, Staff * Create custom reports for 3 user categories: Admin, Manager, Staff * Migrate data from our previous CRM * Train 5 to 10 users on-site We are rather "light" users of CRM, so we don't require a complex setup and our customization needs are quite basic. Please keep this in mind when scoping out the project. We will require a SoW in order to proceed. Much of this work is perfectly fine to do from off-site, but we would need at least full day on-site and in-person to gather our user needs and to train. Alternatively, this can be split over two days. We would prefer to retain a consultant to start next week. In addition, the consultant must be local to NYC.
