I am looking for a developer to develop a database management system to meet the following requirements: Level 1 (Basic application) A system has to be designed that has the following capabilities: The application would ensure that accurate data is captured from the application user's various end customers spread across geographic locations. The solution should have the following features / benefits: o The solution should enable inputing of 15-20 fields of data for the user to keep record of customer information. o There should be option for multiple contact persons within a customer organization to input / view /edit their data at different points in time. A log should be created to note the modifications done and by which user were the modifications done. o There should be option for user to record comments against each customer's data o There should be option for user to to classify customers into cold , warm and hot pursuits or already engaged customers , along with option to write reason for the specific classification done o There should be provision for user to search for customer data basis the name of customer or by customer's company name or by date range or month range of data input or by alphabetical order or by status of pursuit (hot/warm/col/already engaged) or by size /duration of projects etc. o There should be provision for user to generate quotations, invoices and some standard emails. user should be required to enter few data point inputs and the system should create editable documents that can then be sent off on email in PDF format Example inputting name of client organization, contact person, date of last meeting / discussion, estimated man-hours and project duration and then pressing some key or button on the system should create an instant quotation with editable text. o There should be provision for easy creation of Alarms and reminders for actionables, meetings etc. just like those available in microsoft outlook. o Facility of managing all the work from laptop alone (Windows XP, 7,8 or 10) The estimated budget is Aus$ 500 for this one.
