I'm seeking VA who has all the technical skills to be a virtual assistant and can manage other VAs as well. The task required are: - Make sure all VAs running daily report for members are completed - Send out emails to team as well as text using our email and texting software when needed - Setup new members as they come in with google docs and make sure their setup is scheduled with onboarding specialist which we have already. Add certain worksheets through the different phases of the setup process to the member's google doc - Review all VAs weekly reports done on the members and send me a comprehensive list of which members need leads added to account - Breakdown leads we have and plug into their different dialer software (very easy to do) - Have a schedule and be available for members when requiring assistance working through the training - Helping me with potential prospects that have called and keeping track of current status of financing for members - Sending out emails I've put together through our email platform to the different list of prospects we have - the ability to call U.S. phone numbers through skype! - the ability to be available during U.S. business hours 10 am-6 pm! and other tasks that will come up as we continue! This task requires someone very fluent in English who has technical skills in skype, excel, word, english writing skills, and extensive experience being both a VA and managing other VAs or a team! They must also be friendly and like to help others! This position start part time and if it's a match, potentially move to full time! It will be 15-20 hours a week and pays $250 for the month to start!

Hello, I am building a big team of centers who are experienced scheduling appointments for solar reps companies. The job consist on call people in different locations through the USA to see if they are interested in get a solar system in the home to save in energy costs, My clients manage options for zero down deals, good financing options, lease etc so we the customer have plenty of choices. Your job will be talk with the customer and set up him for a face to face presentation with one of our solar sales representatives. So basically your agents will provide some information to the customer, will manage their doubts about solar, and if they are interested will set an appointment (45 Minutes presentation) with one of our sales reps. without obligation to buy anything, just sit with one of our sales reps. For that I am offering $70 USD per each successful solar appointment that you make, we have some qualifiers as well that I will send to you when we talk, a billable appointment will be each customer that sits with our sales reps for the presentation doesn't matter if they buy the solar system or not. We will manage an online calendar and try to set the appointments for my clients the same day or next day so there will be less cancellation. I can pay weekly. currently will need appointments in california and San diego. other states soon. I hope that your agents generate in average 1 appointment each two hours or minimun 2 appts per day. I am not providing calling data, dialer or voip. you must manage and have people with experience. if you are good I can put you bonuses for in the future as well.
