We are looking for Customer Service Professionals to assist with product/software support in preparation for the upcoming tax season (you are not expected to give tax advice). These property owners are insured for these types of damages. When these storms strike, the property owners have one year from the storm date in order to make a claim with their insurance company to make the repairs at the expense of the insurance company. Property owners that fail to file a claim within the preset time limit loose their ability to make a claim and are left having to pay for the repairs out of their own pocket. Your position would be to make contact by phone with these property owners and offer a free damage assessment. This is an easy sell for our sales team because the repairs are paid for by the customers insurance company, not the property owner. Our closing rate is roughly 6 out of 10 depending on the lead.
