This is a script for our phone greetings, hold messages and voicemail We need to come up with a clever, fun and powerful emotions for our customers when they call in to our number. It has to be very engaging When a customer calls there has to be story from the moment they call, to the hold messages and voicemail. The script will then be given to a voiceover and applied to our phone system. Attached is a script we were working on after we realized we need professional help to make it better. You will see notes as well to help guide you. We do not want anything traditional that you would here in phone messages, every line should be unique and very creative. The voiceover we most likely will be using is : https://www.voices.com/people/voicesbyjamiehill#demos Just to give you an idea in terms of tone But we will also be using a male voice for a few sentences that we have not yet identified.

Dear Upwork community, I am writing a book that will feature successful entrepreneurs in Singapore, sharing practical wisdom from their success and failures to help aspiring entrepreneurs and 1st time entrepreneurs in Singapore grow their business and become profitable. My wish is for this book to benefit other young entrepreneurs to help them minimize their chances of failure and help struggling entrepreneurs achieve their business and life goals. I have already interviewed 21 entrepreneurs in Singapore and distilled their key insights into 21 documents. Each of them will have 1 chapter in the book so the book will have a total of 21 chapters. I will need a quality freelancer to: 1) Edit the key insights for sentence structure, vocabulary, writing style 2) Perform research on startup related areas to add into the book 3) Perform proofreading The selected freelancer will be engaged to complete all 21 chapters in a time frame of about 2 - 3 months. To get an idea of the scope of the work, please see the attached document for an example of what the key insights for one chapter will look like. This will be the document that I hand over to you for each chapter if you are selected. As you can see, a part of the work has already been done so the scope is reduced a little. (The parts highlighted in yellow are those that I need the freelancer to do research on) Although there are some insights that have to be in the book, I will aim to give you creative freedom to express your style as far as possible. If you are interested, here are your next steps. In your proposal: 1) Attach 3 of your best samples of your previous writing work 2) Your quoted price 3) Fred Flintstone's Catchphrase Proposals that do not have these aspects will not be considered. Love, Vincent
