Construct a circuit OR identify a used piece of equipment on ebay that can address the following need: We have an Precision Industrial ICP Accelerometer 622B61 622B61/006AC which has 3 axis outputs a low impedance AC voltage signal on the DC bias voltage. The link for the sensor is here: https://www.pcb.com/products.aspx?m=622B61 The vibration transducer output needs to be conditioned to a 0-5 volt output. The Transducer requires an industry standard constant current DC power source. Generally, the power supply contains an 18-30 volt source with a 2 -10 mA constant current diode (CCD). AC coupling and the DC bias voltage" The piezovelocity transducer (PVT), output is an AC signal which represents the physical vibration occurring where the sensor is mounted. This AC signal is superimposed on a DC bias voltage (also referred to as bias output voltage or BOV). The DC bias voltage must be removed so that the AC vibration signal oscillates positive and negative about 0 volts. Removal of the DC bias is usually accomplished with a blocking capacitor, which passes the AC output signal to the acquisition system. Most monitors and sensor power supply units contain this blocking capacitor for AC coupling. I WOULD LIKE A MOVING AVERAGE to have persistence on the 0-5 volt display meter. i.e. The meter (display) 0-5 volt sampling rate is not as fast as the vibration transducer output. Thus a moving average should be taken. If this is a problem, then we can just show the combination (SUM) of all three channels and provide a 1-5 volt output signal. Note, the output of the vibration transducer is linear @ 100m/v per G(acceleration of gravity). It is rated for up to 50 G (5 Volts peak to peak of the AC signal) I would like to be able to add gain to the signal output in the event the signal output is too low (i.e the equipment and the transducer reading) is not generating more than 10 or 15 G acceleration; we would like to increase the gain so the average vibration is in the middle of the meter (2.5 Volts.) You can go to ebay and try to find 2 units that can do the job, you would determine compatibility. But the unit should be sealed if possible, this is a marine environment. Budget can increase with complexity. This might be something off the shelf, or a curciut would have to be made.

We are looking for a partner that can help us design a GPS tracking product based on a set of requirements. The contractor will likely work with us through multiple iterations of the PCB as we optimize and test different configurations. The contractor will develop the hardware and part of the backend software required to test the device. The result should be A. a custom PCB that meets the form factor and power requirements and B. a backend that allows us to make calls to the device in order to get the location data. Requirements: External device volume of 32 x 32 x 6 mm including the antenna and battery (excluding the case). The tracking device is comprised of 3 modules integrated on the same printed circuit board: GPS module, 3G module, microcontroller & power management module. The tracking device will acquire location through the GPS/GNSS module then will send it at specific time intervals. The voltage will be supplied by a flat Li-Po battery that has safe discharge circuitry built in and will be regulated by a switching regulator according to each module needs. Connectivity is provided by an mff2 M2M sim chip.
