I need short articles (500-750 words) written at a late high school/early college level in the hard sciences. They will be used in college entrance exam preparation materials. Therefore, they MUST be professionally written at a challenging, but comprehensible, level for high school seniors.
-The science articles should mimic the content, form, difficulty, and tone of magazines such as Scientific American, Science magazine, etc.
-These are not just reports of facts. They need to be perspectives on or analyses of said facts. It have to be persuasive writing.
Most of these articles need to be data-driven and include basic graphs and charts (examples will be provided.) You can use whatever data you like that is relevant. Data has no copyright, (only its presentation does.)
*Upwork will not let me attach the examples - they are too big. Please email me and I will write you back with the examples."
It depends on the article as some articles require more research and therefore more time. For example, if you have to source data and make new graphs, that is more time and more money. If you are able to reuse something you have already written, that is less money. (Also, that is fine, as long as it is not copyright-bound to any other authors or journals.)
Looking forward to hearing from you.
