Hi, I had a GeoServer with a few small layers that worked on a Windows 2003 server. However, Win server no longer available so I need to setup GeoServer on a ubuntu 14 server and recover these layers. I have copied data folder from win server, however, I may loss workspaces folder, so I need your help to re-publish these layers. You may need to re-build style files also. I will provide shp files. Thanks! Xiaoning

We're looking for someone to convert some maps into Postgres (with the PostGIS extension) so they can be looked up by our website. I believe they are bitmaps overlaid onto the map which you need to convert to polygons. The job is spec'd in detail and your client is a backend coder himself (but not GIS specialist). You can choose your language but you must be able to install and run it on a Linux server.

An Admin module must be available for the editing, entry, management, and deletion of information, alerts, etc. Reporting capability is important. There will be some additional functionality such as push-email notification to accounts of record on an account based on alerts reporting that meets criteria.
