Hi, We are looking for someone with proven expertise in Salesforce integrations. Context: We are trying to improve our use of Salesforce, so far it works perfectly from the Sales perspective but we want to close the gap between Marketing and Sales. We want to integrate Universal Analytics data into Salesforce and viceversa. a) In Salesforce we want to see the path that that specific user made until he became a Lead in our Salesforce Platform. (Note: A Lead is automatically converted into a Contact). It could be great if we can have the utm parameters (source, medium and campaign) in Salesforce. Not only the last click as all the touchpoints of that user. b) In Analytics, we want to have the "real leads". Thus, having a qualified lead goal (more than Emailed No Response Status) and also a closed lead (someone who finally paid). All this qualification is made through status and (if it is possible) should be updated in the Analytics Goal Count when the status changes. Giving a Value to each goal will allow us to know which specific, keyword, campaign, channel, source... we have to push as it is driving more won leads. We are using Wordpress as web platform, Universal Analytics (not Premium), Salesforce and Google Tag Manager.
