I am looking for user interface / UX design for a job web portal and a job mobile app. The designer must consider the following before applying. 1. No copy-paste job from any well-known/ less-known job portal/app. 2. Designer should not have a bias in his mind w.r.t. the existing sites/apps that how those sites/app look and should not use them as the foundation for his design thinking. 3. The design elements should be such that it needs least user interaction. For example, to ask a selection from user one option is to give him a long drop-down list which he needs to first open and then scroll to see what to select and then tap/click to select. Instead of drop-down if it can be a marked-slider where user can tap on a particular marking to give his input. In my opinion, the slider needs less interaction from user as compared to drop-down list. 4. The design for portal/app shall use lot of graphs to display the data to the user and to collect inputs from the user. The graphs used shall be simple in nature like Line Chart, Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Quadrants etc. You can see any graph library (for example MPAndroidChart) to get the idea on the graphs. 5. The functionality of the job portal/app are usually same as that of any existing job portal. The portal/app shall be used both by the candidates and employers. 6. Design shall be such that user experience while accessing/interacting with portal/app shall be smooth and addictive to the user. 7. The design shall be same for the portal & app.

I am looking for a person(s) that can build an operating system for a new computing system that will be released by the mid summer to late November. This operating system should have a similar feel like Apples OSX. It should also be easily upgradeable so that a new version is made or built upon each year. The operating system will need several 'native' apps such as a, word processing application, presentation app, spreadsheet app, photo app, video viewer app, internet browser, calendar, mail, music, app store, pdf and image viewer, system settings app, photo taking app that utilizes the computers camera. The OS must allow multiple users if needed, must also allow enterprise like user system. Some apps can utilize built in BlueTooth. THE OS MUST NOT BE OPEN SOURCE. THE USER CAN NOT MODIFY THE OS. Look at Apple's OSX for inspiration. Should be similar to Apple's OSX, but it can not copyright. Try to get it as similar to Apple's OSX as you can. You must also build an app that allows other users and developers to build apps for this OS. When the OS boots it should show a logo in color, along with playing a small 10 sec sound. For more questions please do ask them.

We currently use an old MS Access front-end to process work that is stored in a MS-SQL database. We need a web-based interface that allows users the same basic functionality (data entry, queries, ability to upload data from a spreadsheet) while allowing us to phase out the run-time environment. The application should live on the user's machine, and connect with MS-SQL via ODBC or similar. We have an online application for our clients to submit work, and it can serve as a rough outline of the finished product.
