Looking for experience Twilio or Linux IVR developer to design and implement a drag and drop IVR. The IVR will be a Uber similar service but use a landline IVR to collect and send out request to the drivers and the reply to the rider. Not a expert on twilio or Linux but my research confirms to me it can be done. The IVR will collect the caller account# and personal info and ask for other info to route to the nearest driver. The driver will receive the trip details and confirm it then it will intergrate with a online planner and the reply to the rider via the IVR. Attachment is for the info to the driver.

I have a website where the home page has a big slider section, products underneath, and a video. In FireFox and Chrome, the site seems to load fast but when I view it from Internet Explorer the big slider section takes a long time to appear? I'm not a developer, but know some things. I'm not sure if it has something to do with: - Adding a <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"> tag or - Recommendations from Google Developers Pagespeed Insights where it said to Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content, Optimize images, Leverage browser caching, compressing files? I need someone experienced to troubleshoot why the homepage of the website is not loading fast in IE. Please let me know how long it would take to fix this issue and if you fixed issues like this before. Serious Inquires only : Please only apply if you absolutely know for sure you can fix this IE issue. I hired someone to fix this and then 2 weeks later they said they couldn't figure it out. I need this fixed ASAP and would like someone who can fix it without taking a long time to do it.
