I am the owner of a digital services company, Zero Point Developers, based in Greece. Last year we had to issue an EIN number to publish our first ebook and app in Amazon and Apple Store (royalties income). I am looking for a CPA because I need to check if my company info and alien status are in order with IRS and if it has any other obligations towards IRS except filing for tax returns. To be more specific I would like to know the following: 1. If my Greek company's alien status and information are in order with IRS. (It was registered as General Partnership through an online service for issuing an EIN number so I couldn’ t check if everything was in order after) 2. The issuance letter from IRS indicated that I have to file Form 1065 by 2016. What is this Form for and I am obliged to file this every year? 3. What are the obligations towards IRS as a Greek alien company? Only filing tax returns and if so when or/and filing something more, like the Form 1065 in question 2? 4. If royalty income earned from applications with U.S. companies is subject to U.S. taxation and if so do I need a U.S. income tax return prepared? Please let me know if you can give me a fixed price for answering the above.

I'm looking for someone who knows a lot more than I do about illegal markets and their influence on the Australian economy. I need someone who can answer following questions who can provide sources and exact figures the following questions: - How much money is lost by the Australian government on transactions that are not taxed due to their illegal (and therefore hidden) nature? - If every transaction that was meant to be taxed was in fact taxed (including all items sold in shadow markets), how much more revenue would the Australian government generate? - If every single transaction could be tracked and traced - what impact would that have on illegal transactions - what evidence do we have that it will have an impact? - If all shadow market transactions ceased to exist - what would the main impacts be? What evidence is there to support this? - To what degree of certainty can the above questions be answered, if at all?

I am looking for a UK based intellectual property and tax advisor/consultant to provide advice on the correct legal set-up of a new royalty-free stock digital marketplace business I am currently establishing. This isn't specifically a legal drafting project but that rather one off consultancy based work, where the information acquired will be passed on to a lawyer to draft the contributor agreement and business legal documents. This position is more weighted towards someone with a combination of IP and tax advisory background, as most of the questions posed are tax and liability related. Having a good understanding of the following would be beneficial: Business obligations/liabilities Copyright (including classifications) Digital Content Licensing HMRC Complaint Tax Structuring Invoice/VAT Regulations (including ROW compliance) IP + Tax liabilities Ultimately I am looking for answers to questions I have in relation to the structure of the business (from a tax and IP handling perspective) and getting the best advice for setting everything up legally. This will be one off project with potential scope for future projects. Ideally you will be easily reachable by email and/or Skype as a phone call discussion will be required to go over some of the specifics.
