Point system for End-User
Rebate System for Retailer
$1 Taiwanese Dollar Spend = 1point. Overseas currency point will be convert to taiwanese dollar point. (E.g) 1USD spend = 30 points ; 1SGD spend = 23 points ; 1RMB spend = 5points.
(follow currency exchange rate if possible round down to nearest dollar after converting)
End user can redeem items from app or offset from purchases.
End-User can purchase directly from application, there will be an E-coupon with redeemed button at the bottom.
When a retailer register with us, he will have a country+retail Code.
When an End user register, they will have country+retail+user code.
(Why is it this way?) Because there will be a rebate system from user spending to go to the referral Retailer.
E.g A end user sign up with Retailer A, spend money on Retailer B, Retailer B have to give us 10% and we will be giving Retailer A 2% as a rebate system.
Therefore, when end user sign up, their member code will need retailer code in front.
When the end user sign up for account, they will have a Bar code or QR code to allow retailer to scan. A retailer will have an barcode for end user to scan as well. It will be auto generated.
When end user sign up as member, they will need to scan or key in retailer code to set as their referral. If failure to do so, the rebate system will go to this application company.
End user can top up their account via the mobile app or in the retail store who participate with us.
Therefore, In web base retailer system, they can keep track of what are the things purchased from them.
They will have a cash topup button (main backend + Retailer backend will show in Blue)
a spending via cash payment button(main backend + Retailer backend will show in yellow)
spending via point system button (main backend + Retailer backend will show in Green)
and redeem (main backend + Retailer backend In Red) *points for redeem item, will auto calculate and stored in main backend and user account.
Retailer backend can only show their own item backend while main backend will show all.
When user open his app, there will be a barcode or QR code which Retailer will use it to scan and the 4 different spending will appear on retailer system.
When top up button is checked, retailer will have to key in the amount and upon submitted, it will automatically update on main backend and user account.
When spending via cash is checked, Retailer will key in the amount, main backend will shown and user app will show spending history. (But no credit will be deducted)
Likewise for point system, Retailer will key in the points deducted and will automatically update in backend and user app with a history.
Retailer will have its own history to tele with main backend for payout system.
Master backend will be in English and Traditional Chinese.
It will need to upload, the e-coupon, able to set up retailer account, retrieve all data and information, able to post banners and descriptions of every retailer.
*Retailer do not need to post anything. Posting will only be done in main backend*
Calculation of rebate to be given to retailers or like wise back to us.
Cash top up meaning retailer have to give us the money.
Spending via point system meaning we have to give retailer money.
2% Rebate meaning we have to give retailer money.
10% Rebate meaning retailer have to give us money.
Main Backend can list out search via individual retailer for easier payout.
Retailer can get their QR code printed out.
End user QR code will be stored in their phone on the 1st page of the app after logging in.
Retailer code is to let end user scan as referral member.
member code is to let retailer store value, deduct point or to accumulate point.
User application will have GPS location to know which is the nearest store around them.
Store will arrange from nearest to far.
Retailer will need to give us address to mark their location.
Design for Web-base Retailer: No preference Just that i need it in multi language.
Design for main backend: No preference just that i need it in English and Traditional Chinese.
Application Design for end user: will be given later.
