HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
The Project has 3 phases:
It’s a web app for telecom industry.

2. Create CSV file after registration on user demand with the ability to select the fields.
3. Customer Service
a. Service Line Maintenance: On receiving call from customer about fault in the service, the operator should be able to access the file using the standard procedure and update the file recording the complaint.
b. The fault will be assigned to technician for resolution.
c. Technician or concerned user should be able to update the status.
d. If not resolved within the time set by the priority level, the issue should be escalated to the higher authority and should keep on escalating until the issue gets resolved.
