We have a client that has approximately 20 staff, and each of these staff have approx. 5 different letter templates.
Each day, their admin team send across details that have to be changed for different letter templates for different staff, and we want to try and automate this process.
Basically, there are perhaps 10 variable fields, as well as up to 3 images that change each time, as well as sometimes some variable text.
We then have to mail merge the template with a list of addresses, before we print and mail the letters.
Ideally, an online portal where the admin team can select from dropdowns, which agent, which template, number of bedrooms, description etc., then upload their images and them be automatically resized, and then simply provide a finalised letter.
