The ideal candidate must possesses both a professional education (preferably a degree or exceptional knowledge) in the area of project management and real world experience in the areas of: project management, leadership and organizational development. The first (2) are a MUST. Rogers LLC will work with the selected candidate to frame the requirements for the organizational development portions of this project. Rogers LLC is seeking a candidate that is extremely familiar with the Project Management Institution (PMI), it's websites and has successfully completed all of the PMI's, Project Management Certification requirements. Candidates that: - have previously served in the military or that are currently serving in the military - have or are currently working for any government agencies - have completed a graduate level or above degree or certification program or are currently attending courses at an accredited university in the area of project management - have served as a trainer or is currently involved in the training of personnel within their individual organizations - have or currently are working in some aspect of Project Management (Although not a requirement) will receive additional preference points during the selection process. Rogers LLC's primary goal is to select the BEST, most highly qualified candidate due to: ---the rate in which milestones/delieverables we be required (bi-weekly) - the potential number of stages involved in any segment of the project (7-10) -the duration of each contract (usually 2-5 months).
