I'm creating my own personal employment campaign. I need support researching and applying to 175 jobs (75 in the Washington, D.C. Area; 25 in the Maryland area; 25 in the Virginia area; 25 in New York and 25 in California). The tasks involve the following: 1. Using 4 research portals including: LinkedIn (especially for Creative Agencies and Professional Organizations); Craigslist (especially for Creative Agencies and Professional Organizations); Idealist (especially for Non-Profit, Research and Higher Education); Chronicle (especially for Research and Higher Education). I'm interested in jobs that fall into 4 categories: Creative Agencies: like VIVA Creative in Washington, D.C.; Hip technology-savvy companies like: LivingSocial or FiscalNote; Non-profit organizations (as long as they meet my salary requirements), especially those pertaining to research, education or social entrepreneurship like Ashoka; and Non-teaching positions within Colleges and Universities like Director of the Social Entrepreneurship program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Basically, I'm interested in creative opportunities, research opportunities, business development opportunities, non-profit opportunities and directorial higher education opportunities. 2. Then, you would to tweak my base cover letter into 4 standard versions that appeal to and emphasize the interests in these different areas. 3. Next, you would personalize all communications and e-mails to the hiring agent so that their personal name and company name appeared on cover letter and in the e-mail itself. 4. Then, you would draft e-mails from my account, saving them in draft with a short e-mail message stating that my resume and cover letter were attached and attach the resume and cover letter. 5. Keep an ongoing spreadsheet of the jobs you applied to including: The company name, position description, contact name, date applied, and potential contact name. I'll give you my LinkedIn password so that you can research my contacts. When you input the name of the 6. Note, some positions must be applied to directly through an online job portal. In that case, please keep a record of which companies you applied to through a job portal, not via e-mail in an excel sheet. 7. Also, create profiles for me on career matching sites: Hired and Jopwell. These sites are "career matchmaker" agencies. The thing is, the positions that I'm applying for require extremely professional looking resume's and cover letters. A typo means you will not be considered. So, I need someone who is meticulous and hard-working.

I have a list of around 20,000 company names (mostly US [85%], Canada, Europe, plus a few other random countries here and there). I want to recruit a group of freelancers to simply look them up online, figure out each company's web site address and email domain, and then input the information in my Excel sheet. That's it. Simple and straight-forward. If I will take you on for this easy task, tell me: 1. How quickly do you think you can finish 2,000? 2. How much would you require to want to do 2,000? 3. Can you handle more than 2,000 and handle it quickly? I plan to divide the list among several freelancers in sub-lists of 2,000 each, but if you can do more than that, let me know. No automated scraping please. I want accurate information. Thanks. Looking forward to your bids.

So currently we are a seller on eBay what I'm looking to do is simplify the process so we can get pull sheets for our puller in the warehouse and light room. Basically what happens is this: 1. Orders come in on a daily basis from 2 eBay stores. 2. We download what's called "Awaiting Shipments" (Awaiting Shipments Excel Sheet) 3. From the 2 "Awaiting Shipment" files for both stores we make 3 separate Pull Sheet files. One for all the Large items (Fenders, Bumper Covers, Grilles, Radiator Supports and a couple others) one for the hoods, and one for the small items (Lights, Mirrors, Radiators, AC Condensers). All these items can be portioned out based on our classes. ie Lights is class 19 hoods is class 10 and so on. 4. The information used to populate the pull sheets come from 4 different files. 2 text files (Location File Excel Sheet, Class File Excel Sheet), the "Awaiting Shipments Excel Sheet" File that is pulled off of eBay, and the SKU Key. The general concept is simple but some data needs to be incorporated and manipulated in order for the files to also include BIN locations, Quantity, Type, Custom Label, Item Title, and Sales Order # along with some columns to the side for the puller to mark either Y or N to indicate whether they pulled the item or not. (Sample Pull Excel Sheet) The goal is to simplify this process as much as possible to where anyone who comes in can generate a pull sheet without going through any of the steps. Currently we have to make the document to include all the additional information so we're looking to simplify this so we don't need someone with knowledge of excel or any other program to be able to come in and make the pull sheets. A couple things to note the Bin location file changes on a daily basis depending on which BIN the product was put back up into. Looking in "Sample Pull Excel Sheet" you'll see line items 39,40,41, and 43 are highlighted. These line items are highlighted because they are part of an order. Meaning a customer has purchase multiple items from our store in which those items need to be combined for shipment. The multiple item purchases need to be highlighted. The columns also need to prioritize the location column, the UOH column, and the Order # column for the Sample Pull Excel Sheet. "SKU Key Excel Sheet" shows all the products and the items that are pairs. Sometimes a customer will order from one of our listings a pair of headlights. If you view Cell B80 you'll see the SKU 000.001x. The x on the end of the part number indicates a pair. In this case SKUs 0.001 + 0.002 = 000.001x and so forth. Another example would be for cell B90 that reads 000.011x. In this case 0.011 (A90) and 0.012 (A91) = 000.011x (B90). I don't think this is important but some lights the right side is the same as the left side. 2.059 (A194) + 2.059 (A195) = 002.059x (B194). No one Sales order needs to be populated twice on to any pull sheet. Once the order is populated once and printed once for use we don't need it anymore. This is all I can think of if there are any questions or concerns please let me know. Otherwise please offer your suggestions and pricing for the job. The person selected for the job will be contingent upon 2 things pricing and simplicity of the solution. Also please don't auto generate a sales pitch to me those offers will be rejected. Thanks! PS: I've defaulted a fixed price of $100 but feel free to make an offer for more. As long as the proposition is proportional compared to the value it provides I have no issues. I've also attached an excel file with the sheets of what the information looks like.

I need a professional to develop an API that will fetch market data from Thomson Reuters into an excel spreadsheet. That is, once I change a ticker on the excel file of the trading algorithm, the API and the original excel file must be fully-automated thereafter in such a way that the data is automatically downloaded and my formulas automatically pick up the data for the algorithm i.e. the only manual step is me inputting the ticker in one cell. I drew a flow chart of the data attached as “reuters tick api”. I will provide the API guide after the interview and after signing a non-disclosure agreement. Requirements: - Must have experience developing APIs to extract data into excel - at least 3 years of software engineering experience - (bonus & preferred) at least 6 months of experience developing APIs for an investment company or other financial institution

Hello, I have about 3,000 webpages that I need email addresses collected from. The website source for all the individual webpages is houzz.com. I will give you specific categories of pages to visit. I have a number of Excel spreadsheets that need to be converted into PDF form fillable documents. I have included an example of one of the documents I would like to have converted. Some of the cells inside the document may need to be a drop-down menu and or just a cell that the user could just type in the information.

There will be about 5,000 records to pull. We are pulling information on State Assembly/State Legislatures in the United States. Every state has a State Senate and a State Assembly/State Legislature. For example, New Jersey has a State Senate with State Senators and a State Assembly with Assemblymen. We are focusing only on the State Assembly for this project. You will go through all 50 states and pull the required information on the Assemblymen in each state. You will also have to google search each assemblyman to find who their challenger is in the November election. If they are a Democrat, then their challenger is a Republican. If they are a Republican, then their challenger is a Democrat. About 1/3 will not have a challenger. New York has been started for you to give an example of acceptable work. Use the attached spreadsheet and fill in the columns with headers highlighted in yellow.
