Two Deliverables - (1) flyer and (1) order form. Use your creative talent and eye for layout and formatting to professionally design and produce a product flyer and order form for a hot sauce company. Attached files include the amateur version (without any creative background or software) and the company logo. Please incorporate the logo, website and Facebook page details into both documents. Objective for the order form is that it would be designed in a tool (Adobe?) which would enable it to be embedded in an e-form for ordering online. It should allow the user to tab/enter to advance to the next field. For the product flyer please use a pepper rating in a visual format rather than a number next to the product descriptions (see rating scale at the top of the existing flyer for an example). You can extract information from the company website (www.tropicalspicesllc.com). For the order (e-Form) form the end result needs to be easy to read, visually appealing and include all information necessary to place an order. Both deliverables should be designed to a US 8" x 11 " format and delivered in a format that could be edited in the future.
