The Automotive Used Car Acquisition Manager will strive to provide highly satisfactory profit margins on dealer capital invested in Inventory.
Manage,train and direct a team of inventory researcher reprensentatives.
Must have experience
Able to support, encourage, and motivate personel team daily
Must have a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
Will be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up
Develop a creative and successful strategy for buying used cars
Maximize profitability on each transaction
Our Automotive Used car Purchase Manager must have strong computer skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with used car tools (VIN solutions, VAuto, MMR, Auction Reports, etc.
Must have at least 5 years of previous Automotive car Management experience
Fluent in English
Used car buying/appraising experience a PLUS
Must be available to work a flexible schedule,on American holidays and weekends
Strong background within the auto industry is required
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
Organization and follow-up skills
