IT Project Manager Upstart Alliance is an online/offline consultancy offering legal, financial and strategic advice to startups and SMEs. Our online platform is comprised of back-end finance, HR project management, data analytics and collaborative tools with a front-end which contains e-commerce, a content library and integrated third party document automation software so clients can create their own documents online using Upstart’s templates. The platform is currently entering its beta testing phase, and over the next 6 months will be (i) debugging and fine tuning the existing functions (ii) adding additional functionality, particularly adding additional real-time collaboration tools to the front-end and more sophisticated data analytics to the back-end and (iii) developing and launching an iOS and Android App. The IT Project Manager we are looking for, should be strong technically, with proven expertise combining technical & functional architect, program management, research, critical thinking, software & development testing, debugging, and coding skills, as well as have exceptional people and program management skills to adeptly manage the Upstart Alliance website front and back end development. I need help returning nested comments in JSON format that are sorted - see picture below. I don't care as to what model is used - adjacency, closure, nested, etc - but they would need to be returned as an array. The Rails App is Rails 5, and uses PG. If you are going to use a Gem, please use one that is still being maintained. You can use the template that I made, https://github.com/jrothrock/comments/tree/master/app, or you can use your own, it is up to you - all mine has in it is a comments controller, a hacked together adjacency list (schema), some seeds, and a model. If you do use mine, just do a pull request. Needs to show that the comments can go an infinite (not really infinite, but you get the idea) depth, have the ability to have multiple replies, as well as multiple root comments. It doesn't have to match the exact JSON response as seen in the photos, but something close to it would be nice.

We are looking to add user-level scheduling of SMS messages where a user can: -Pick users OR groups to send an SMS message to -Choose a date/time time in their timezone to send the message -See what messages are scheduled to be send and edit/delete them prior to the scheduled sending time The referenced GitHub repo above is an open-source copy of the production application. It is NOT identical, but should give you an idea of what we are looking for.
