Inside Sales Rep - Work from Home Office / Telecommute and set your own schedule.
Position Purpose: To provide sales support by setting face to face appointments for our Sales Directors. This position consists of simple repetitive tasks which are consistent and will not vary too much.What we do: We are looking for Inside Sales Reps and Telemarketers who know how to sell and want to make a lot of money!We build custom mobile iOS and Android Apps for businesses and organizations. Although we are currently focusing on restaurants and bars/night clubs, just about any other business or organization can benefit from a custom mobile app.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calling of leads self generated leads as well as leads provided by the Marketing Manager2. Answer and respond to incoming Phone Calls, Emails, and voice messages from potential clients.3. Must follow our system as outlined by the team leader.4. Must meet with team leaders once a week (virtually)
Essential Job Functions:1. Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all leads generated by the Marketing Manager2. The successful candidate must be computer and somewhat tech savvy and be able to effectively work with CRM’s and Excel spreadsheets.3. Be affective with clients on the phone; must be comfortable with following a script and be able to learn objection handling.Nature of Supervision:The successful candidate must be able to work with little supervision to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, although general instruction and/or functional guidance may be provided on some tasks to be performed. Must be able to address and resolve issues and take the initiative to follow through to ensure appropriate success at appointment setting. Must be a self motivated person and driven to succeed.Education:The minimum educational background for this position is a High School Diploma or GED.Experience:None required, However, the successful candidate must have a professional demeanor at all times and a clear speaking voice. 100% of the interaction with prospects will be via telephone. Candidates with strong customer service background and retail experience, previous telesales experience, experience in a high volume clerical or sales environment & demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are preferred but all are encouraged to apply.Work Environment:This candidate will work in our office but will also work at times from home, Applicants must possess the following: Working Telephone – cell phones with unlimited plans. Computer, Internet connectivity, quiet calling area, good to excellent speaking voice.Compensation:This is an appointment driven position with quotas. You will receive 50% Commission on the set up fee for each sale. Most of our mobile apps are sold in the $1,000 to $3,000 range. This means you will make a $500 to $1,500 commission on each sale.
