Deliver One will involve senior executives from largest retailers in Europe and even beyond with decision makers coming from Los Angeles to Beijing. We've achieved to onboard 200 retailers so far and need to hit the 300 bar in the next couple of weeks. We already have a dozen of contractors, in France, identifying/contacting them and we mostly use emailing and calls (which we need to improve). We need someone to follow through with leads and be at ease with doing business calls to secure participants for the event. Job Description: We're seeking an experience Business Developer and Cold Calling Specialist to join our team in preparation for an exclusive event for e-retailers and e-commerce companies. You'll be expected to develop and track leads through effective business calls for companies based in Germany and in Europe through coordination with our Email Marketing Team. International phone credit will be provided. Responsibilities: -Convert leads generated by our Email Marketing Team into confirmed participants for the event through effective follow-up through calls. - Source new opportunities and clients through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. -Secure the leads and close deals with clients and participants for the event and achieve daily quotas -Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals -Work to minimize list decay of leads while increasing the productivity of our calls done. Requirements: - Preferably based in Germany. Also, based upon what you'll lean in your research, I'll want you to use some of your great inductive thinking to come up with likely NEW lines of questioning that the subject might find new and unusual, to make the interview more interesting to the subject and the audience. I will assist you on many (not all) projects to make sure that all subjects are properly researched, and are on point for my needs. Your work... I seek a well, clear written and interesting summary (a paragraph) of who this individual is, and then a long series of bullet points which will act as my question list.
