The red marked field is the master field (standard field character). We need two more fields of this character. The yellow marked fields are your draft to see, where the two new "standard fields" have to be inserted and how they need to be called.
The yellow fields right now are only text fields. Right now it is only possible to write a text. They need to show and be linked to the accounts, that we want them to be linked to.
In the end, one opportunity (Objekt) needs to be linked to three different accounts: "Objektinhaber", "Makler" and "Verwaltung".
Also rename the field "Objektinhaber" to "Eigentümer" for the frontend.
