We are requesting for an estimate for an "Online Occupational Database" (SharePoint site) to be created on the existing church website www.rccghop.ca The SharePoint site which is to be created as a separate link on the church website is intended for the following; To allow church members to create a user account for log-in/log-out usage on the SharePoint. To allow for a disclaimer to be read and checked-off (accepted) by intended users before using the SharePoint. To allow signed-in/registered church members (with user accounts) to provide and save their occupational information (name, job title, industry, years of experience, area of specialization, professional certifications and contact email). To allow users to be able to search the database for members in any occupation (e.g., search for accountants). To allow users to click on the contact email address, which will then open a "compose an email window" for emails transmittal to other users/database members. We have created a list in Sharepoint like 01 - Account Staff, 02 - Affidavit, 03 - Bank statement up to 43 - Consent form. Also another DB has been connect in Sharepoint Designer. This database has records of clients with unique id like PEN20488454, Firstname, Surname. The document library metadata is PIN Number, FirstName, Surname and Document Type, What I require is when we bulk upload documents into the library, the database will pick up the Unique ID in the document name PEN2938348 and use the database to load the FirstName and Surname. Then pick up the last 2 digit in the document name - the Document Code - and use it connect to the DocumentList to load the DocumentType and Description 02 - Withdrawal Form, into the document library field

Hello, I am a small business that has begun to grow over the past couple months and I am seeking a share point designer to assist me with a project to design a Program Management page so that I can begin to store all my project artifacts from each client. I currently have an Office 365 Microsoft Share Point account so as the business begins to grow, I need to be more organized and have the artifacts located on Share Point to make things items a bit easier to locate. I would like to leverage my current Share Point page by including various tabs such as "Document Repository" and "Projects" to name a few and then use sub pages to include folders for items such as 1. weekly reports. 2.
