- Responsible for acquiring business through different channels (UpWork, Direct marketing) for Web Design, Graphic Design, Mobile app design and WordPress Development
- Perform pre-sales and post sales activities related to Web Design, Graphic Design, Mobile app design and WordPress Development, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination
- Good leadership/administrative skills.
- Ability to generate sales.
- Knowledge of Web Design/Graphic Design and Web development and its working strategies.
- Manage, lead, mentor and motivate a team of professionals at different levels of hierarchy in the Administration to ensure optimal utilization of their maximum potential
- Prepare forecasts and projections to ensure that all future administrative and human resource requirements are met within time and budget and identify and advise the of - - - - - - Management about overstaffed and understaffed areas
- Manage company profile on these forums and maintain ratings.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide required administrative and human resource support
- Maintain record of procurements and ensure strict compliance of applicable policy, procedures, rules and regulations
- Prepare, maintain and implement Job Descriptions for all posts
- Ensure effective coordination between personnel in various departments
- Prepare cases of personnel eligible for bonus, increment and promotion as per criteria
- Disciplining & motivating employees
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Help maintain company marketing communication channels consistently across website, social networks and freelancing portals.
- Market Company's web services to a wide range of prospects through online, direct and social channels.
- Bid on Web Design, Graphic Design, Mobile app design and WordPress Development related projects such as UpWork and Direct marketing
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Understand prospects work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
- Follow-up with prospects by phone, email, and instant messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
- Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively follow company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
- Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure effective delivery of company services.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Management and Research
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Reviewing your own sales performance and the team, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
- Be focused on Quote Creation/ Business Development/ Client Relationship management.
- Building strong relationships with appropriate potential and existing customers.
- You would also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Should have strong oral & written communication skills to draft proposals/quotations.
- Should have experience in online bidding and selling services.
- Should have a positive attitude and goal oriented direction.
- Should be able to work under targets
