This is an ongoing job in the real estate industry. You will access a dropbox folder with information on a home for sale with photos and video. You will input the information in the local MLS (San Diego) and also create and order fliers and order a single property web site (you don't create it). The job should take 2-3 hours per listing. There may be a need to do the listing in stages as different components (write up, photos, video) come in at separate times. Last year there were 20 listings and we expect 30-40 next year. Not very time intensive, but when they are ready, they need to get done over night.
