We are looking for someone who has experience with peer-to-peer chat applications on windows. We need to add a photo sharing UI that is similar to what Yahoo Messenger Photo Share used to be (photo attached). When two chatters are engaged in a chat and accept the photo share, it should pop up a UI that allows either member to drag and drop photos into the list. Either user can select "Friends View" which will allow that user to follow what image the other user is viewing. There also needs to be the ability to move a cursor (sticker) that the other viewer can see after the cursor is placed -- it does not need to animate in real time.
