Low cost, wireless, micro-electromechanical (MEMS) sensors are emerging on the market and can be used in a wireless sensor network (WSN) for structural health monitoring. We are hiring a developer to build a customized WSN for vibration monitoring. The R&D engineer will be responsible for developing prototypes of a compact, low-cost, low-power, wireless vibration sensor node based on Texas Instruments CC2650STK SimpleLink™ Bluetooth® Smart SensorTag. The sensor node is a node in a WSN that is capable of gathering vibration and motion data, performing some processing and communicating with other connected nodes or gateways in the network. The wireless sensor node should include an accelerometer, a micro-controller, a signal transceiver, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), memory, and a power source, all housed in a protective packaging.

I am looking for professional who can help me with configuration of Mikrotik Router OS. I have bought for home use RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD (wap AC) and it is behind main home router which is OLD ASUS RT-N12. RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD is configured for giving WiFi only on 2.4GHz and 5GHz. No extra heavy FW rules is needed. But please do check it settings/configuration I have done as sometimes I see strange behavior on 2.4GHz. Speed goes up down all the time. Maybe it interfere with another AP in my area. So please check that. What I need is some sort of custom hotspot with following abilities: If a user connects to hotspot (2.4GHz/5GHz) it will be provided with 3h only (example). If the user disconnects after 20min, and then connects again user will have 3h-20m=2h40m. And so on. When limit is over, user needs to provide a password to connect to WiFi. The password will be valid only for 3h (example). On Saturdays/Sundays no time restrictions and no need of password. This rule is valid for selected users only (by mac? or by device type?) Time when it will be needed approx beginning of October. Thanks.

We currently purchase lighting products with built-in Zigbee communications capability. The purpose of Zigbee in this case is to allow the function of the lights (ON/OFF & dimming) to be controlled by an app on a phone or tablet. The app also connects to sensors, such as daylight harvesters and motion detection sensors. These sensors are used to control the ON/OFF & dimming functions. Time of day/week settings can also be set in the app and instructions given to the light. Unfortunately, the app that comes standard with this product is cumbersome and unreliable. Consequently, we wish to develop our own, user-friendly version of such software that we can interface with the lighting products we buy. If you are familiar with Zigbee and a skilled programmer in this field, we need to hear from you. The aim of this project is to scope out the requirements and develop an implementation plan. Upon successful completion, we'll then move onto designing the interface (UX design) and then actual coding and testing of the solution. Our preference is to develop the app for Android.
