We need someone to do the following:
- Integrate Twilio API with ZenDesk
- Connect Virtual Number to ZenDesk/API
- Create 2-way SMS conversation in ZenDesk
1) Customer sends text message request to Virtual Number
2) The customer's message arrives in ZenDesk as a new 'ticket'/conversation.
3) We reply to the customer's message from ZenDesk
4) Our reply goes to the customer's mobile phone from ZenDesk.
5) Repeat as conversation goes on.
That is what we envision when using ZenDesk and we need Twilio to do this.
We are not exclusive to just using Twilio. If you have a suggestion of using another SMS provider that you are comfortable with and KNOW will integrate with ZenDesk in what we are trying to accomplish, we will definitely consider it.
