As part of a franchising company, we pay for leads to sell franchises. Some companies we pay per lead ($30-50 per lead), others we pay a fixed amount each month (such as $625/month). Others, such as Facebook, we pay on an ad-hoc basis to advertise for us.
Currently, our Zoho CRM is telling us where our leads come from, but it is not tracking how much they are costing us. We would like a report in Zoho that can identify how much each lead source is costing us. For example, if only 15% of the leads from one source develop into a sale for us, and we are paying $50 per lead, and 25% of the leads from another source develop into a sale, and we are paying a flat rate of $625 per month for those leads, which one is costing us more per sale? We would like Zoho to track all of this automatically. Our leads are all coming from different sources and we are paying for them in different ways (per lead, per month, etc.), but we'd like a single report to show us how much each is costing us so we can easily compare all of the sources.
We need this set up in Zoho so that each newly generated lead is automatically tracked to the right lead campaign, so that the report will update automatically. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
